The Battery Performance Label shows a score between 0 and 100. It reflects the performance based on independent, repeatable, and rigorous testing.
Using various testing criteria, measured using real-life scenarios and live networks, results are collated with calculations from Battery Life, Power Efficiency and Charging results that amount to the total score.
The Honor X7 was positioned in the Entry Tier (€0-€199) based on price. With a score of 41 out of 100 obtained for battery performance, it achieved a mid-table position for Battery Performance Scores for 2021 - 2022. The Honor X7 pulled narrowly ahead of the Nokia G21 with a score of 40 but was unable to catch up with the OPPO A15 which achieved an overall battery performance score of 49 out of 100.

Should I buy it?
The Honor X7 is robust and performs admirably as an everyday smartphone. It does have some feature limitations, not surprising as an Entry Tier, so occasionally you can expect some slowness while launching apps and online pages. Also, when scrolling up fast, the screen froze and extended usage contributed to some heating issues as well.
The smartphone has no waterproof certification and is not 5G compatible although it does come with a 90 Hz screen, which can be considered a bonus.
The Honor X7 is not dustproof or water-resistant, offers no NFC functionality and is not 5G. However, if you are on a tight budget and would like to replace your smartphone - this could be the device for you.
